Perfection takes time. And talent. When it comes to your Ghost Black Badge, our team of world-class artisans dedicate themselves fully to crafting the ultimate ultra-luxury motor car - from the meticulously hand-polished paint to the 3D forged aluminium wheels.
The wheels alone took four years to develop. The unique rims are made by laying 22 layers of carbon fibre cloth in three directions, then folding them back on themselves to form 44 layers of strength. This folding process ensures that each rim is visually distinct. The rims are set in a jet black alloy hub made from aerospace-grade aluminium and titanium. The final structure is both lightweight and strong.
Innovation continues into the interior. To create the stunning technical fibre fascia used on the dashboard, the team at Goodwood reclaimed a material normally seen on the surfaces of stealth aircraft. Threads of 0.014mm aluminium are meticulously hand-woven along with carbon fibre. The material is then finished with 6 coats of lacquer, left to cure for 72 hours, and hand-polished to a mirror finish.
